Ancient history sciences and digital humanities

DIGIT HUM

For 6 years, the series of workshops "Ateliers Digit_Hum" by ENS-PSL has explored, on a defined subject, the new practices and tools developed in the field of digital humanities.

The angle of Ancient history sciences and digital humanities is designed to investigate how the digital technology promote and probably renew the research process of the specialists of the Ancient World: linguists, philologists, codicologists, historians, philosophers, archaeologists, geophysicists, epigraphists, etc.. The workshop will also review practices related to digital technologies, and promote feedback between various disciplinary traditions.
