Les chantiers du savoir is a series of conferences aiming to establish a direct link between the fondation course provided at the ESPCI - PSL and the concepts and applications that are being developed today. These conferences enable students of the School to prepare their own career plans.
The speaker's objective is to present research and applications in his field of expertise, based on fundamental scientific knowledge.
On April 21, the ESPCI - PSL will have the pleasure of welcoming Yann le Cun as part of the "chantiers du savoirs" lecture series. The event is organized by the Students' club, Elie Raphaël and Jérôme Lesueur.
Yann le Cun is chief AI scientist at Meta (Facebook), and was co-winner of the Turing Award in 2018. He will talk about self-supervised and autonomous learning.
The event will also be available on Zoom, a link will be provided from April 14.
