To close its season, the PSL University Orchestra & Choir, conducted by Johan Farjot, presents “Songs of Peace & Hope,” a musical evening exploring themes of peace, humanism, and resilience. Accompanied by Jean-Michel Dhuez and Philomène Vuillard, narrators and soloists, the ensembles perform an eclectic program featuring works by Karl Jenkins, John Rutter, Sidney Bechet, Bob Dylan, and George Gershwin.
This concert weaves a dialogue between musical traditions and eras, blending ancient prayers, symphonic jazz, and songs of hope. Through iconic works such as Rhapsody in Blue and Blowin’ in the Wind, it celebrates the beauty of the world and the power of unity.
