Harassment, disinformation, hate, insults... Although the lexical field associated with digital technology has long been that of progress and freedom, the Internet of platforms has led many observers and analysts to temper the optimism of these early years.
How can we guarantee all the public freedoms that digital technology crosses, mingles, opposes and, ultimately, questions? The Centre de Droit Dauphine (CR2D) joins forces with the NGO Respect Zone, a member of the Observatory of Online Hate, and students from the association Juristes à Dauphine (JAD) to unfold all the folds of this new field of law being invented.
