With the return of warm weather and the end of lockdown, the Welcome Desk members are organizing an afternoon game and picnic outdoors. This event is available to all.
The members of the Welcome Desk will organize a meeting between international and French students with a picnic and an afternoon of outdoor games on Saturday, June 12th.
Petanque, molky, spikeball, volleyball... you will all be divided in groups of 6 people (5 students and 1 member of the Welcome Desk) in the respect of sanitary regulations.
Please note: the number of available spots is limited to 30 people, do not delay to register!
In order to respect sanitary rules, we ask you to bring your own food.
Hydro-alcohol gel will be provided after each activity and the Welcome Desk members will make sure that sanitary regulations are enforced throughout the event. Face masking must be worn throughout the afternoon except during lunch.
