Decisions of the PSL Board of directors
The Board of Directors is composed of 38 voting members divided into three colleges of directors. It determines PSL’s general policies. Through its ddecisions, it votes on the annual budget, sets its strategy, approves the educational programs, and appoints the president and vice-presidents of the university.
Pursuant Article 32 of the Université PSL bylaws, the Board of Directors delegated some of its powers to the President of PSL:
