MSCA Conference speakers - Gerard Bros Perez
Gerard Bros Pérez is Policy Officer at the European Commission.
He joined the team in charge of the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) in 2019, which deals with the mobility and training of researchers and the development of excellent research and innovation training programs.
He is currently responsible for several activities, including the follow-up of gender equality, inclusiveness and intersectionality aspects linked to the MSCA. He is the contact point for Latin American and Caribbean partners for the MSCA, with a view to encourage further participation from researchers and organisations in these regions to the programme. He is also responsible for communication activities, MSCA stakeholder engagement and outreach.
Previously, he has worked for the European Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA) managing projects in the field of higher education and cooperation with African, Caribbean and Pacific countries.
He will take part in the 2022 MSCA conference, in the first workshop on gender equality in science.
