LUTIN UserLab

LUTIN UserLab is a European Living Lab run by Paris VIII University, Paris VI University, UTC, EPHE, and Universcience, dedicated to studying the uses of new technologies in academic and industrial research. Its main areas of research are cognitive psychology, cognitive neuroscience, and artificial intelligence.

LUTIN UserLab was designed in 2008 based on the Living Lab model at the Cité des Sciences et de l’Industrie, a space conducive to cultural and educational innovation.

Among the joint projects between LUTIN UserLab and start-ups are the development of smart clothing that can change shape or color according to the mood of the person wearing it or controlled by a remote control, as well as SMART, a robot learning project, and SMART HOME, a house that can adapt to its owner.
