Applicants submitted their projects between October 6 and November 10, 2025. Six of the eight applicant associations were invited on January 29, 2026, to present their projects to the jury. Project leaders participated in a pitch training session from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM that same day. The projects were presented to the jury between 2:00 PM and 4:30 PM. Each project leader had five minutes to speak and ten minutes for questions from the jury. Each project was evaluated according to several criteria, including its impact on the ecological transition, its ability to secure co-financing, and its implementation timeframe (maximum six months).

The jury, composed of Mr. Cédric Denis-Rémis, Vice-President for Innovation and Development at PSL University, Ms. Meltem Özturk-Escoffier, Vice-President for Student Life at PSL University, and Ms. Gimena Diaz, Member of the Board of the Singular Planet Foundation, had the opportunity to learn about each of the projects during a pitch session.

Following the presentations, the following projects were selected to receive funding, based on their relevance and potential impact:

  • The "Fréole Expedition" project: A grant of €1,533 was awarded for a scientific campaign by sailboat, including the production of an awareness-raising documentary.
  • The "InTERREagir" project: A conditional grant of €3,000 was awarded. The survey project with farmers in France and Latin America must be summarized in comic strip format. The Jury requested that the number of comic books be increased and distributed to more academic institutions.
  • The “Exhibition: Women and Ecology (Mathilda Project)” project: A grant of €2,000 has been awarded to the project for the creation of an exhibition combining art, science, and activism. The project will be complemented by a podcast to be recorded in the podcast room of the Mazet student center.

The “Odyssciences” project: A conditional grant of €3,000 has been awarded. The project must develop its data collection and communication strategy. It must also partner with more PSL researchers.

It was unanimously decided that the InTERREagir, Fréole Expedition, Odyssciences Expedition, and Mathilda Project will receive a grant as part of the Singular Projects call for proposals.

The winners of this 2026 edition have the opportunity to pursue their ambitious and impactful projects in the fight against climate change and the promotion of the ecological transition. PSL University and the Singular Planet Foundation are delighted to support these initiatives and congratulate them on their work and commitment.
