PSL Bylaws
Paris Sciences et Lettres (Université PSL) is a scientific, cultural, and professional public institution created pursuant to Order 2018-1131 of December 12, 2018 on experimentation with new forms of reconciliation, grouping, and merger of institutions of higher education and research.
Its missions and its organization are governed by its statutes approved by Decree n°2019-1130 of November 5, 2019, creating Université PSL, which can be found on the Legifrance website.
Its operating procedures are set out in its internal regulations, approved by a decision of the Board of Directors: see decision n°01/2019.
