Chairman of the Academic Senate Associate Professor in Management at Mines Paris – PSL and Deputy Director of the Centre de Gestion Scientifique Cedric Dalmasso holds a Habilitation to Supervise Research (HDR) and is a graduate of the École normale supérieure Paris-Saclay. His research focuses on organizational transformation, innovation, work, occupational health, and learning dynamics, through collaborative projects with major companies and public organizations. He is the author of numerous publications in leading international journals and conferences and supervises several doctoral students. Deeply committed to education, he teaches at all levels, from undergraduate to doctoral programmes, and contributes to the development of interdisciplinary initiatives within PSL. He also holds several scientific and institutional responsibilities, including serving as a member of the PSL Academic Senate, Chair of the Scientific Council of ANACT, and co-holder of the FIT² and FTR Chairs.
