Tax credit*
For any sponsorship action to the PSL Foundation, your company benefits from a credit in corporate tax (IS) equal to 60% of the amount of the donation up to a limit of 0.5 of the turnover excluding VAT, for the fraction of the donation less than or equal to € 2 million. For the fraction of the donation exceeding € 2 million, the tax reduction is equal to 40% of the amount of the donation within the limit of 0.5 of the turnover before tax. If this threshold is exceeded, the law provides for the possibility of carrying forward the excess over the next five fiscal years.
