MSCA Conference speakers - Lenka Hebáková

Lenka Hebáková is senior researcher - social scientist of the Strategic Studies Department of the TC CAS. She holds MA in International Area Studies, Faculty of Social Sciences of the Charles University, Prague.

Lenka Hebáková passed an Erasmus exchange on Sciences Po Paris for 6 months. She has been working in the TC from 2005 where she has gained experience in science, technology and innovation analysis and EU Structural Funds projects management and design. In recent years, she focuses on the international research cooperation in the field of technology assessment, foresight and participatory methods development / public engagement. She has been the Czech project manager of the FP7 PACITA (2011-15), H2020 CIMULACT (2015-18) and H2020 GoNano (2017-2020) projects, aimed at improving the science based policy making and reaching more intense citizens involvement in STI policy design in Europe. She coordinated the national project RedPot, aiming at the reduction of food waste in public catering. Lenka participates in developing and testing various participatory approaches.

She will take part in the 2022 MSCA conference, in the third workshop on closing the gap between science and citizens.
