A new coat of arms for PSL sports teams
Do joy play rugby, tennis, volleyball, futsal, or handball ? The new PSL Sport coat of arms will soon adorn the jerseys of the sports teams. Every year, they defend PSL's ranking in cross-university competitions.
I wanted to design a clear emblem and highlight PSL's sporting spirit
Jules Thomas, a Master's student in Finance (Dauphine - PSL), is the winner of the competition for the creation of the new PSL Sport coat of arms launched last June. Many students sent creative works! Nearly twenty students took part in the contest, and the jury, including representatives from the sports communities and PSL authorities, had a hard time choosing a winner.
The sobriety, aesthetics and clearness of Jules Thomas' proposal got him the prize. Based on the five-pointed star of PSL, he imagined a coat of arms carrying strong messages of unity, hope and performance.
This new federating coat of arms will undoubtedly bring luck to sports teams of all levels and has already been adopted by the 200 participants of the "Sports festival" event on Saturday, October 16.
