Hélène Mangano, named Chief Operating at Université PSL
Hélène Mangano stepped into the role of the university’s Chief Operating Officer on January 2, 2023. She takes over from Cédric Prunier, who held this post from 2017 to 2022.
Hélène Mangano is an outstanding research engineer, having worked in higher education for her entire career. After her research into the instrumentation of management in universities, she joined Université Louis Pasteur (Strasbourg I) in 1995, successively occupying the roles of Head of the Management Control Department, Deputy Director of Finance, Deputy Administrative Manager of the Promotional Activities Department, and Administrative Manager of the Chemistry Faculty. In 2009, she became the Director of Finance at the Université de Strasbourg and supported the development of the newly merged university. In 2017, she joined Université PSL as Deputy Operating Officer and contributed to defining and implementing the establishment’s strategy.
